Scribegrove runs in your browser. That's the whole install guide.
Sign in at app.scribegrove.com and your entire library is there — on your laptop, your tablet, your phone. Nothing to download, nothing to update, no version drift between devices. You're always writing in the latest Scribegrove.
At your desk
The full studio in any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS — drafting, Grove's editorial passes, series world model, publishing exports. If it has a keyboard and a browser, it's a writing machine.
On the sofa
iPad and Android tablets get the same studio, comfortable for reading your draft, triaging Grove's findings, and reviewing beta-reader notes with a cup of something warm.
In your pocket
On your phone, your book reads like a book — full pages, swipe to turn, picks up where you left off. Select a passage to note it or ask Grove for an improvement pass; dictate thoughts with voice capture. It all syncs back to your desk.
A desktop companion is coming
We're building a desktop app that mirrors the web studio — same account, same library, same Grove. Its job is simple: let you keep writing and taking notes when the connection drops, like a word processor, and sync everything when you're back. AI features will still need a connection.
No date promised yet — it ships when it meets the same bar as the web studio. Watch the changelog for progress.
What you need today
- A modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox, current or previous version
- An internet connection
- That's it. The heavy AI work runs on our hardware, not yours — a ten-year-old laptop writes as comfortably as a new one.
